What got you interested in rugby and why did you join the Crusaders?

Chris Peng, a current Crusader, thought I'd like it and had been hounding me for weeks to come check out a practice. After the first day, I was hooked.

This is my first season.

What do you do for a living?

I'm an RN for SSM Health.

What's a fun fact about you?

I have a twin brother who's also a nurse.

What's your favorite thing about rugby?

I have two. I love the camaraderie of the team and I love the physical and mental toughness required by the game.

Do you have any advice for people who are on the fence about playing?

The game is rough and physically demanding, but it's worth it! If you have any reservations about playing, stop by a practice and see how fun it really is.
